Barry Zalma, Inc. on Insurance Law

Everything Needed by the Insurance Claims Professional from Barry Zalma

All of the blog posts on this site, digests and summaries of cases published by courts of the various states and the United States. The court decisions have been modified from the actual language of the court decisions, were condensed for ease of reading, and convey the opinions of the author regarding each case.
Some of the cases reviewed were important. Some were of first impression. Others will be totally unimportant. All were interesting to me and I hope are interesting to the reader.

I practiced law, specializing in insurance claims, insurance coverage and defense of claims against people insured and defense of insurance companies sued for breach of contract and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
