If you are Jewish and need to tell your family the story of Exodus but do not know the Hebrew found in the usual Haggadah, my wife and I created a solution for you. If you are a Christian and want to understand what happened at the last supper, a Passover Seder, my wife and I created a solution for you. The full story and instructions for a Passover Seder in American English we created:

“The Passover Seder For Americans”

For more than 3,000 years Jewish fathers have told the story of the Exodus of the enslaved Jews from Egypt. Telling the story has been required of all Jewish fathers. Americans, who have lived in North America for more than 300 years have become Americans and many have lost the ability to read, write and understand the Hebrew language in which the story of Passover was first told in the Torah. Passover is one of the many holidays Jewish People celebrate to help them remember the importance of G_d in their lives. We see the animals, the oceans, the rivers, the mountains, the rain, sun, the planets, the stars, and the people and wonder how did all these wonderful things come into being. Jews believe the force we call G_d created the entire universe and everything in it. Jews feel G_d is all seeing and knowing and although we can’t see Him, He is everywhere and in everyone. We understand that when G_d began to create the world there was nothing and that time, as we know it, had no meaning. G_d created all. Because of the creation we are able to track time and celebrate Passover every year at the same time. We do so based on the lunar calendar used by our ancestors not the Julian calendar modern people use. As a result, Passover se We feel G_d gave people a conscience hoping it would help us decide right from wrong, to do our best to make good choices, to try to help others, not hurt others and to try to make right the wrongs we have done to others. The rituals that make up the Jewish holidays help remind us how thankful we are for how much we have accomplished with G_d ’s help and how grateful we are to G_d for everything we have and everything we are. Thea and Barry Zalma have created this English only Seder that works for our family and will allow you and your families to tell the story of the Exodus painlessly and with the joy and celebration it deserves so that no member of our family forgets what G_d did for us when He took us out of slavery in Egypt and led us to a promised land. Only $4.95 as a Kindle book and $5.95 as a paperback so you can buy enough for your entire family.

Attempt to use Constitution to Stop a Qui Tam False Claims Act Case

Post 5486

FCA’s Qui Tam Provisions do not Violate the Appointments Clause.

In United States Of America, Clarissa Zafirov, ex rel; Dr. v. Florida Medical Associates, LLC, d.b.a. Vipcare, Physician Partners, LLC, Anion Technologies, LLC, Freedom Health, Inc., Optimum Healthcare, Inc., Physician Partners Specialty Services, LLC, et al., No. 24-13581, United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit (September 1, 2026).

The False Claims Act (“FCA”) allows the Attorney General to bring civil suits against perpetrators of fraud against the government. This case involves another portion of the FCA-the qui tam provisions-which allow people, called relators, who have knowledge about fraud against the government to pursue a case against the perpetrator of the fraud.

Dr. Clarissa Zafirov filed a qui tam action under the False Claims Act on behalf of...

In David Cromp v. Johnny Harkrider, Monique Harkrider, and their Marital Community, dba Able Plumbing Plus, No. 61678-5-II, Court of Appeals of Washington, Division 2 (August 25, 2026) David Cromp hired Able Plumbing Plus in 2018 to install plumbing, including two toilets, at his residence. In 2019, both toilets allegedly leaked, causing damage. Insurance claims were submitted through Able’s contractor policy, but the insurer eventually denied the claims.

Cromp sued Able in 2022 for breach of contract based on the allegedly defective toilet installation. During that case, Cromp attempted to add claims related to Able’s conduct during the insurance claim process, including fraud, bad faith, tortious conduct, and bond-related claims, but the superior court denied leave to amend. The 2022 breach-of-contract claim was later dismissed with prejudice on summary judgment as time-barred.

On the same day the 2022 case was dismissed, Cromp filed a ...
